NBC recently released the schedule for the 2008-2009 season of Poker After Dark. Phil Ivey has enjoyed success in the past on this show and I don't think the future is going to be any different. Here is the important dates you need to know (ie when Phil Ivey is on the show.)

Daniel Negreanu revealed on his blog that he was doing a couple of shoots for Full Tilt Poker's Poker After Dark show and it looks like Phil Ivey will be playing as well.

Oct 29th: I'll be playing in the $20k buy in Poker After Dark show against Phil Ivey, Doyle Brunson, Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, and Phil Hellmuth.

Oct 30th: Once again I'll be playing on Poker After Dark only this time it will be under the cash game format against the likes of: Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius, Tom Dwan, Gus Hansen, and Phil Hellmuth.

The one going on today looks like a true game of legends, but I'm looking forward to the game after. It'll be just like Rail Heaven.

Poker After Dark is probably my favorite of all the poker shows. It's a very realistic account of what it's like to be at a table with other people with the table talk and makeshift relationships that are formed during the competition. Phil Ivey, being the poster boy of Full Tilt, has appeared a few times. Here are his results.

Season 1 #4 "Earphones Please": Winner
Season 1 #8 "Killer Table": 3rd
Season 2 #8 "Mega Match": 3rd
Season 2 #10 "Signature Week": Winner
Season 3 #2 "The 19th Hole": 2nd

The season two episode Mega Match had higher stakes with everyone buying in for $50k. This brings Phil Ivey's total profit on Poker After Dark to $110,000. Not bad.
